Word on the block D Chi is gonna make an off campus frat like OZ but its gonna be straight goons with kids from other frats who couldn't get under grounded and other goon kids who hate the frat they're in currently. No dweebs allowed, 225 bench is required to join. Sounds like a recipe for douchebag central = babe magnet.
