everyone says TEP and Aepi, sig chi's rising fast with recent pledge classes, phi delt's rising too

you had me until Phi Delt. They are literally a bid factory and if anything have been the most downward trending fraternity (along with ATO) over the past 1-2 years

Idk how fast they're moving up, but alpha sig and sae both had solid spring classes and from what I heard both have good satellite houses this year
