fall rush

How often do fraternities give bids to sophomores? Im a rising second year student who didn't rush as a freshman. I have never heard of a sophomore pledging, just wondering if it's a thing.

Sophomores rushing is definitely a thing, especially in the fall, considering most freshman cannot rush in the fall due to UMD's 12-credit requirement.
