If you actually were in greeklife at umd you would know that ato does joint stuff with fraternities at the very top of these rankings. You would also know that sig chi hasn't done anything joint with anyone other than sigma fu.cking nu. Whoever thinks that sig chi should be anywhere higher than next to sigma nu in the middle tier is just wrong.
