I'm a senior and reflecting back at how much the rankings have changed since I came to Maryland.
1)Pike
2)Dchi
3)Fiji
4)zbt
5)ka
6)ato
7)TKE
8)Sammy
9)phi delt
10)Sammy
11)kappa sig
12)aepi
13)lambda

All have real done well for themselves. Have to see if sig nu and zeta keep up their rising. Sig chi obviously has done very well, definitely would anticipate them being a clear top 5 by next year. Their rush process is excellent.
On the other side it's interesting to see fraternities that haven't moved too much or even really got worse in that time; ato, kappa sig, lambda chi, maybe tke could be counted there.

Sig Chi, Kappa Sig, and SAE all came on the same semester spring of 2009 I believe... Obviously sig chi has done amazing and the best in that short time, while kappa sig has done decently well for themselves and SAE hasn't really moved off that bottom tier since inception.
