This is really how it is these days. All are interchangeable within tiers generally speaking.
Top: FIJI, KA, DX
Lower Top: TKE, Phi Delt, Sig Chi, AEPi, ATO
Middle: Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, Zeta Psi, TEP, Lambda Chi
Everybody else doesn't really matter/is irrelevant
Top: Alpha Phi, KD
Lower Top: Theta, AOPi, Tri Delt
Upper Mid: AXO, AXiD
Mid: Phi Sig, AEPhi, Deeph, Zeta
Lower Mid: SDT, DG
Bottom: Sig Kap, ADPi

How is TEP not middle... They social with some of the top sororities and have joint events with some of the top frats. Not saying they're anything special but they're definitely at least middle tier.

^This guy needs to do less. Nobody is arguing that TEP is top tier or the best fraternity ever... But the truth is was ZBT got kicked off 4 years ago or w/e they were top tier. Nobody is saying TEP is a top tier frat but they're far from bottom tier like you say.

I keep seeing the same three sororities rock back and forth on the rankings:
Theta, AOPi and AXO. All the rest pretty much stay the same. Why the wavering on those three?

I think that's more an argument of dropping lambda off or something. They're nowhere near ato/aepi

ATO and aepi are no longer on that level either. Maybe a level by themselves or something but something needs rearranging

Perfect. Unless the tiers are ranked in order the no phi delt at the top of that tier yeah ok.

This makes more sense. I agree though, Phi delt should be top of theirs. For lower mid I'd put Signu or zetapsi at the top. DTD is definitely not bottom of the bottom either.
That's all nitpicking though this is the best ranking on this site ironically enough.

DTD is not relevant . Just because they have like 10 pike kids does not make them relevant. They had line-em up and sign-em up recruitment last semester, its mostly random geeds.

Why is Kappa sig that high and Aepi that low? Aepi is still better than ato by a long shot
