chapter houses

Always kinda wondered how Fraternities like Delta Sig, Alpha Sig and Phi Tau and Theta Chi are irrelevant even though they have Chapter houses. Is it because they're just weirdos or what? Not trying to bash them or anything. Also, whats the status on people like TEP, SAE, ZBT, and DTD getting house?

I like some of those fraternities. Delta sig and alpha sig in particular have some cool/chill dudes. They arn't really irrelevant-this site is wrong. They don't social with KD too often but they still have socials and have plenty of fun. This site also perpetuates the same rankings over and over.

ZBT apparently has first right to a house on the row. No other frat has the money an alumn is willing to drop like they do is what I heard
