Well known that its Phi Delt. They get by off their name appeal only and give bids to everybody who walks through their house.

I know this sounds like one of those negative stereotypes that gets perpetuated and isn't really true, but honest to god they give out a ton of bids, in line with lower tier frats. Doesn't mean they aren't popular though.

According to IFC, Phi Delta Theta distributed 20 bid cards, 19 of which accepted. I have no dog in this race, but doesn't sound that bad? Is 20 abnormal?
