The frat tiers really are pretty simple, it's a bit weird we even care but who am I to judge
Fiji, KA- no one really can contest this
Tke, DX, Sig chi, phi delt- DX is falling and phi delt is overrated but this is still true
Aepi, Ato- both of these frats have been on a slow decline
Sig nu, zeta psi, Kappa sig- the true middle tier, all three on the rise but sig nu had a bad pledge class, will recover though.
TEP- if they ever are officially on campus this is where they'll be, but also have no chapter
Lambda chi, sig ep, phi tau- not really rising or falling. Could argue for dtd here but that wouldn't really be fair.
Sorority rankings have been more or less consistent. They're ranked on attractiveness and everyone knows where they stand

Sig nu had a bad pledge class but I don't know if they deserve to fall out of mid-tier. Easier to make the argument for kappa sig

Sig nu and Zeta Psi really the only two that are the true mids. Also phi psi with fiji and KA!
