The frat tiers really are pretty simple, it's a bit weird we even care but who am I to judge
Fiji, KA- no one really can contest this
Tke, DX, Sig chi, phi delt- DX is falling and phi delt is overrated but this is still true
Aepi, Ato- both of these frats have been on a slow decline
Sig nu, zeta psi, Kappa sig- the true middle tier, all three on the rise but sig nu had a bad pledge class, will recover though.
TEP- if they ever are officially on campus this is where they'll be, but also have no chapter
Lambda chi, sig ep, phi tau- not really rising or falling. Could argue for dtd here but that wouldn't really be fair.
Sorority rankings have been more or less consistent. They're ranked on attractiveness and everyone knows where they stand

Tep has socialed with KD, DTD has socialed with tridelt. I cant comment on how the socials were, but thats right off the back just already doing better than bottom tier

Why do people think complex is like the holy grail of properties in college park. Even if they get complex they won't have a chapter house, they'll literally have an apartment complex where their members will live.

Thats more of a reflection on sig nu than lambda. People keeping ranking sig nu with/above Kappa sig and zeta and I really don't know why. If you've hung out with those frats you'd know that just isn't how it is

yeah some of their new brothers are pretty hot, they arn't going top tier anytime soon but they'l be solidly middle if they dont bring in more geeks. i'm in a "mid tier" sorority and we do a lot of stuff with them and we like them a lot more than we used to.

You people are idiots for thinking that a frat will be "falling" just because of probation or the lack of a chapter. The bottom line is if a frat is composed of individuals that are superior to yours, they are a better frat than you. If their parties are way better than yours and they always attract hotter girls, what do you think that means? You might be in better standing and have a cleaner history but that means nothing. Especially if you're boring and girls can clearly see that.

I agree, I don't know who you are defending but I can't imagine where most of these opinions come from. Like where do people get their information from to make these assumptions because there is no way brothers from one frat know brothers in every other frat enough to base these statements off of so how are these popularity contests really being judged?

Nice double post dchi sit down and take your somo like a good little dwarf. But the rankings are solid ka and Fiji are the top houses and tbh the group below of tke sig chi and Phi delt I guess are the top tiers that'll just stay right where they are unless something happens to dethrone Fiji and ka.

TEP still has no chapter, isn't an ifc member yet, and doesn't social with sororities that are any better than signu/zeta/Kappa sig. Dtd you have a good point but they're still half weird kids.
