Honestly these are the best I've seen in awhile. Obviously there's always gonna be some disagreements but this is pretty solid. Kappa sig sig nu and zeta psi are all the same so I don't know why people always put one or two of them up with ATO and AEPi. While those two might be falling, they still hang out with the top sorrorities that the middle tiers don't.

Couldn't agree more. I think that is happening in this rankings because those are three rising frats(except maybe Kappa but I'm not big on them personally) but as of right now there really isn't any reason to be trying to move them up tiers like people keep doing.
