No matter how many fake rankings DTD posts there are that include them way higher than they should be wont change the fact that they're totally irrelevant.
Last semester they literally were signing up kids outside of stamp, no chapter house, have socials on beechwood ave, and literally don't hangout with a single above average sorority. Maybe in 5 years they'll be something but not now

Pike was cool like for 2 years after they got kicked off. Once the kids that were in it when they were on campus graduated they lost their edge big time. By last year I would say they were just middle tier. They lost their Tri Delt "pike bikes" as they all graduated too and Tri Delt has just gone downhill with them. So when you mix a bunch of kids 5 years removed from a kicked off fraternity and a bunch of geeds you get DTD... Good luck guys lol
