bottom tier frats

The main thing that makes them bottom tier is how easy it is to get a bid. Literally as long as you are not a total dweeb you will get a bid from these fraternities. There's no discretion during rush. The next main thing is the sorrorities that they hang out with... When you're consistently having socials with DG, Sig Kap, SDT etc with maybe one or two "middle tier" sorrorites mixed in there, you're going to get the reputation of a bottom tier fraternity.

Zeta Psi had a social with DG last weekend and they are definitely not bottom tier

More accurately would be if you have socials with these sororities then you're not a top tier.

Maybe DG, but there are no middle tier frats that have socials with sig kap anymore. If you social with sig kap you're most likely irrelevant.

Probably should be amended to if you consistently are having socials with these sororities. An occasional social above or below your current social level doesn't mean anything either way.
