Thoughts on Delta Upsilon coming to UMD?

SAM tried coming back as Phi Kappa Sigma last year and got shot down by IFC. I would highly doubt if DU came back. SAM is quickly realizing it can't survive as the only off campus frat.

Sam is going nowhere fast and this is their last ditch effort to hang out to the little bit of relevancy they have left. What did they get like 3 pledges this semester??

Also, they're having a brand new big ass chapter house built where the old sigma chi house used to be
