on the rise
by: zWhich fraternity that is considered irrelevant right now actually has a legitimate chance at becoming relevant within the next couple years?

Why does this get posted every week... The truth is none of them are. It's so hard to become relevant and takes many many years and people getting kicked off campus and such. SAE doesn't have a chapter house so it's not looking good for them. DTD is half of whatever was left of pike 4 years after getting kicked off and random kids who signed up at stamp... Alpha sig and delta sig both have socials with sig kap so there that...

You will never be relevant without a house. Unless you were kicked off for being too out of control and were a top tier frat a moment ago (see: Pike, ZBT, SAM), you have no name for yourself. Without a chapter house that holds upwards of 30 brothers in it you can't really build a brotherhood among your actives that will come close to competing with what the relevant frats share. Also, nobody will know who you are. Pike OZ and SAM were fine in the few years after the boot because they had a reputation of being the best and baddest. As you see now, that reputation fades and recruitment falls hard because of lack of houses, and they dissolve while they try to come back as a fraternity on campus.
