actual rankings that make sense

After seeing some awful rankings on this site, here's rankings that most of us would agree on

FIJI (Staying), KA (Staying), Dchi (falling, very close to getting kicked off)
Phi Delt (Rising), TKE (Staying) Sig Chi (Rising), ATO (falling)
AEPI (maybe falling b/c of TEP), Sig Nu (Falling), Kappa Sig (Staying)
Zeta Psi (Staying), Sig Ep (Staying), Lambda Chi (Falling),
______________________________
Delta Sig, SAE, Alpa Sig, PSK
Phi Tau, Theta Chi
Chi Phi, Beta,
TEP, DTD, ZBT, ADPHI too early to tell

Phi delt should be tier 1. Other then that, solid rankings.

Not a lot of Greek life knowledge here. Phi delt isn't rising, they're as top tier as FIJI is (which is debatable). Kappa Sig and Zeta Psi are easily rising (also putting zeta with sig ep and lambda? lol). Sig Nu is falling now but only really because of satellites, they'll turn it back around next year

Kappa sig just got two new sat houses I hear, and their house across from mansion is dope. Definitely on the up. More than most who say they're "rising"

Lol sig nu tells their rushes that they're purchasing all of college park and will be back on their feet. At 1230 last night the whole axid babies left to go to a postgame. Their spring class sucks too
