just based on recruitment numbers, the top six recruiting chapters w best numbers were alpha phi, kd, theta, tri delt, axid and aopi. just based on return rates, etc. this recruitment axid got better numbers than axo, others are the same old

not sure where you're getting your numbers from.. Over half of those chapters had to give out many snap bids so their numbers weren't that great

numbers are taken through out all of recruitment, so it isnt just about bids
