KD - a few weird ones
Theta - confused about some girls
AXO - quality
AOII - some weird ones
PHi SIG - quality with a few weird ones but some gems

AZD - was really bad
ZETA - good, typical zeta
DG - decent with some gems
AEPHI - not good
SK - ?
SDT - typical sdt girls
ADPI- only 12 girls?

literally everyone gives snap bids.. theta Kd and alpha phi are top 3 if they gave snap bids so did everybody else

.....that's not how it works, just because "top tier" sororities gave snap bids doesn't mean everywhere else did. In fact, most places dont, they just tend to because they are more selective for pref and a lot less girls went traditional "top tier" this year

Well if another chapter ranked that girl higher on their list than alpha phi did sometimes that chapter gets the girl sooo

wtf? Do you know how rush works?
Girl has 2 chapters left. ABC and xyz. ABC and xyz both have her on their bid list. Girl ranks xyz over abc. Girl will get a bid to xyz Either as a regular bid or a quota addition. Only way she's not is if she didn't maximize her options or if xyz didn't want to extend her a bid bu that wouldn't happen here since she's on their bid list. Doesn't matter how far down. Quota additiins and bid matching always take the PNMs ranking first.
Snap bids are for girls who dropped out of rush all together before pref And chapters not at quota after bid matching and quota additions.

everyone dropped out of rush because they thinks they will get into GPhi when the colonize next year. Hence all the snap bids that had to be given. It will happen even worse next year! Happened at my friend's school who had a new sorority colonize. All the PNMs who dont get what they want drop out after pref or don't accept their bids and then try for the new one.
