Which fraternity that is currently considered irrelevant is on the rise towards relevancy?

On a sorority girl's veiw now....

SAE- Definitely is rising with a solid brotherhood and a few very good PC's. Philanthropy is OK and parites are good. Sorority realtions are strong.
ZBT- Only been here 1 year and already is the top of IFC's highest GPA list (2 semesters). Good Philanthropy involvement, sorority relations is not bad and parties are OK. They have potential to move upward. Last PC was good.
ADphi- only been here 1 year and has done some solid work in regards to philanthropy Parties could be better and the same with sorority relations. Last PC was not that bad.
DTD- To o new to tell. Let's see what they do within the next 2 semesters as far as sorority relations, philanthropy, Greek Week, etc.
TEP- Also too new. All former OZ guys so that should tell you something. However let's see what they do within the next 2 semesters as far as philanthropy, sorority relations, Greek Week, etc.

This could all change by the end of this semester. Let's see how well these guys do especially with their Spring PC.

DTD taking complex next year is huge

NPC viewpoint.....

SAE & BETA- both have solid brotherhoods, socially involved and rising fast.
Delta Sig- has made some good moves over the past few years and also rising fast.
ZBT & ADPhi- Making some good solid moves in the right direction and slowly rising.
Phi Psi- some moves over the past 4 years, but still continues to struggle competing with other houses and staying the same.
DTD- really to new to tell. Mostly did a "line them up and sign them up" recruitment last semester so their brotherhood is made up of arms. legs, heart beat and a pulse. Can't be that great, but see what happens in the next 2 years.
TEP- to new to tell but they do to much talking and trying to pick a fight with AEPi. They really need to stay focus on improving their image since their brotherhood is mostly made up of the irrelavent rejects from OZ.
