Hope they are kicked off campus! They are bad news!

They have a hearing with the university. Punishment is undetermined but ranges from longterm social moratorium to being kicked off campus. At the absolute minimum they can't have away weekends for several years.

SAE is probably most likely to get it as they currently do not own a chapter house and they have enough brothers to fill it.
