Tke has never been on the very top, they're too small of an organization and only a handful of the boys in it actually care about the success of their fraternity. The people that attend their parties after they open up are only girlfriends and groupies.
As for you saying tridelt and theta need to be switched... I think you haven't looked at both sororities in a couple years. Before, there might have been some indecision with replacing theta with tridelt, but now it's definite

I'd say kappa sig and sig nu are slightly better than all the frats in tier 4 just based off of the sororities they hang out with

@eh I get what youre saying about signu but i dont agree with kappa sig falling under that category too. I know a buncha guys in kappa sig that wouldnt even get a bid to the tier 4 ones.

this is definitely not true at all
3rd tier makes a lot of sense, girls love aepi and they throw down
also sig nu lost all of their houses this year bc of fines so they've basically been MIA
kappa sig is also clearly better than any of the tier 4 rankings, the younger guys are really cool

That Tri Delt would stop with the top tier cr@p! People are totally delusional if they think Tri Delt is top tier. Theta has replaced them. Tri delt is now a middle tier sorority. That's not bad, it just they are not as good as they were. Wishing isn't going to change the facts.
