What are people's thoughts on SAE?

Nationally a top tier fraternity, not the case at UMD as they got kicked off the row a couple years ago and they haven't got an actual chapter house as yet. Overall, they're not the typical douchey frat guys and they have pretty good parties. Mixed group of kids.
