End of year frat ranks with explanations

Top
1. Snu(=) - Obvious - They are the undisputed top frat after beating the hazing allegations. They spam greekrank which is annoying, but nobody can deny they are 1.
2. ATO(=) - Really solid group of guys, without Phi Delt they are the number 2
Sig Chi(+) - Was starting to fall off a bit but brought it back with a huge rush. It also helps them having no Phi Delt and KA being the mess that they are. Technically a rise?
Low Top
4.A. Lambda(+) - Being on somo kind of hurt Lambda, but they are coming off another strong PC. What is holding them back though is their social schedule, it's a little weak. Still last few PC's have been great
4.B. KA(-) - Got decent numbers in their PC but they are still continuing to die. Quality keeps getting worse and worse.
5. TEP(=) - Tep does what they always do. Got a huge spring PC and tepfest was a lot of fun. Not much more you can say about them.
Upper Mid
6. Dsig(=) - Small new PC but they did alright post Somo. Cannot say they fully get a minus yet, but they are close to the rising frats below them.
7. Zeta Psi(+) - Got another large PC and did very well coming back from somo. Need to throw a few more darties though. Underrated.
8. Theta Chi(-) - Completely botched the merger. Not even 20 Phi Delt kids can carry them to get a single new kid in their pc. Will continue to fall if things do not change.
9. ADPhi(+) - Big new PC and they have the best darties in college park. Social schedule is mid, but their darties edge them over Beta.
10. Beta(+) - Second best darties in College Park and like ADPhi they got a big new PC. A very underrated frat that can easily pass some of the falling frats above them.
