Crazy coincidence

Imagine a world where there’s a massive open space on route 1 (perfect for a million more useless apartment buildings) but it’s being blocked by fraternity and sorority houses! Maybe if they kick them off campus there’d no more need for the houses and they can go ahead and build those apartments. Oh and if they run out of room there, there’s coincidentally a few more sorority houses that could get knocked down for more apartments right down the street! That would never happen though!
