What are we supposed to do now

I am a senior in a top fraternity (TEP). Now that we cannot drink what are we supposed to do? I’ve never come across this issue. Can anyone in ZBT or Sig Nu tell me what you guys usually do when on cease and desist? I know you guys are regulars here.
