Is ZBT on C&D? Why? I heard about this but do not know why or how long.

I hate ZBT because they didn’t give me a bid. I reported them.

cease and desist means someone reported them to the office of student conduct. they don’t know why but have to have meetings with OSC. once meetings are done, if there’s no evidence they’ll be off.
