Being back - is the Nat Org - restarting.. getting local alums, guys who work for Nat, etc.. to come on campus, recruit, setup tables, ask anyone and everyone for referrals (girls, geeds, student life, etc..)
SigEp, Sammy, Fiji... Phi Delt in a few yrs (u think the local alums and Nat is going to leave that house empty for some other frat?)
Its hard - your new. No rep. Difficult if not impossible to throw.. being ranked is the last thing u give a F about.. your just trying to survive. get members..
If your lucky - some group that's going under (PhiDelt last yr merges w u - Theta ChI. But that's no guarantee youll bump up). Fiji merged w SigNu 5-7 yrs ago..
