sigma kappa recruiting with other girls??

i heard sigkap is pulling in girls from other sk chapters around the country to recruit for them. is this true?? shouldn’t it not be allowed??

Yes, they are. It is allowed as per NPC.

Not true, but they did double recruit (1 adpi recruiter, 2 PNMS).
