Don't understand this Theta Chi rank. Only 20 phi delt guys merged with them and they are the only source of relations. Still a very mid frat. Went 2 months without a social this past semester.

Theta Chi down to tier 3. Can’t just put them in the top tier bc 20 phi delt guys joined. When snu and figi merged nobody put snu in the top immediately. Their social schedule still isn’t good. Had a few Tri delt socials but the rest were with mid and low tier sororities
