Theta Chi overrated

Still havent figured out why theyre suddenly ranked so high. We've done a few mergers and they all were mid. No shot theyre top 3 just bc 1/2 the frat is now phi deli

So like, phi delt was definitely top before we had the whole thingy ma jig. Now, ever since merging with theta chi, we have raised their rankings unconditionally. They were socialling with lower sororities and now we are socialling with aphi and these bad tri delt females that are to die for.
