Question about how mergers/takeovers work

Question, even though Phi Delt took over Theta Chi, does that immediately warrant them getting a top 3 ranking?

Past examples, top tier FIJI merges into Sig Nu and Sig Nu goes from mid to upper mid/low top but it wasn't immediate top

Uppermid/low top AEPi merges with bottom tier Beta and beta goes from bottom to mid.

What makes this phi delt takeover worthy of boosting theta chi from mid/lower mid all the way to where phi delt used to be?

Plain and simple it doesn't and it's just their spring pc on here trying to say that it does if they get the relations they had before they got booted then we talk

not gonna say what sorority im in but its mid/lower mid and they dropped all of the socials we had planned for the semester and only kept the socials phi delt had planned with the sororities in the top tier
