Sig Nu As The New Top House

Phi Delt and Sigma Nu have been competing as the top house for the last 3 years. At this point, SN has opened the gap. Nicer guys, better functions, more involved in philanthropy, cooler trips, and better pledge classes. People are starting to question Phi Delt. The only issue with SN is their lack of inclusiveness; they’re more selective with bids and give pledges a very difficult process.
