1. Sig Nu is the top house of CP at this point.
2. KD is closer to Aphi/Tridelt than they are to Theta after this rush.
3. Dsig, Lambda, and Zeta Psi are all very different frats, but still share the same tier.
4. After this rush AEPhi is undoubtedly better than Phi Sig.
5. KA once again flopped with their Spring 23 PC.
6. AOii is closing the gap between them and AXiD.

Agree about sig nu, phi delt is overrated and doesn’t have as friendly guys and their posts and music are mid you can tell they only care about socializing with Aphi ato is arguably better than phi delt, everyone wants to posts there, great socials and posts, really friendly guys.
Tridelt got the best pc, and hot take aphi’s pc had some mistakes, thetas pc was pretty good to decent, KD definitely did better than theta and arguably Aphi as well so I agree on that
Agree about dsig, lamda, and zeta psi
Always thought aephi was better than phi sig
KA is not a top house anymore, and would only be considered one because of their older guys and they’re close with KD which again is because of their older guys (there last 2 pcs weren’t best) and they definitely can’t afford to have another bad pc, everyone in Greek life knows their hazing is bad
Axid had a better pc last 2 rushes and has a better social schedule than aoii but that would change if aoii does better next year but axid definitely has moved up and considered to be in that upper range but aoii definitely has some gems in their house but needs to social with more top frats

if ka does get kicked it’s gonna be either dsig, zeta psi or lambda taking their place
zeta psi’s darties are helping their relations, lambda posts have been popping off lately, dsig got a solid pc…anyone’s game tbh

Zeta psi kills it with their darties, but imo they’ll never be top until they become much more selective with who they give bids out to
