why are so little chapters doing cob, i thought there'd be more

most haven’t posted about them yet! give it a little more time and pha will start posting about cob opportunities

Most won’t be posting about it because their either at chapter total (already have max members) or close enough where they can just recruit a few mutual friends of members and reach total without having full blown recruitment events.

If you met quota you don’t have to do COB… basically srats that COB are the ones that didn’t do well this recruitment season

You can meet quota and still do COB if you had a lot of upperclassmen drop or graduate and your chapter is still below total
