Pledge Class Sizes

What was the turn out for new pledge size classes this year? I heard it was a lot less than normal for a lot of houses and they didn't reach their quotas. Do you think a lot of houses will be doing COB and if so how many spots are they generally looking to fill?

quota was low but both quota (max in new class) and total (max in whole chapter) are based off the number of PNMs and other stats so it won’t make a huge change in the number of houses that COB
