ZETA- Top House?

Zeta is my top house, they seem to have truly genuine and nice girls there. Girls are so open and I can easily make friends. Thoughts? I don’t know much else about them. Seem to be better than AXO and AOII.

Zeta is a mid tier, not an upper middle or top tier. A lot of the girls have issues and are toxic, not super well known in Greeklife, don’t really have a presence. Not better than the other two you mentioned. If you really like them though I mean by all means go for it LOL!
