Why do girls get blacklisted

I know a bunch of pretty and normal girls who were dropped from pretty much every house after the first round with good resumes and recs. What are some reasons for being blacklisted like this?

sororities talk to each other and will find dirt on people

If there are any Clear Red Flags such as blatant acts of homophobia and Racism. Also anything else that goes against the chapter's desired image. Remember, the chapters are national companies and they are giving out their memberships to people that positively represent them

honestly it’s often GPA too, anything below a 3.0 will make it more likely you’re released for grade reasons than anything to do with the actual convo

I really wonder how many pnms that say they were dropped by every sorority really mean they were dropped by the top sororities and have too big an ego to give the ones they have left a chance

Gonna be hearing a lot of “ugh I was dropped by everyone” once the pnms get their community and pref schedules back when they still have chapters left (just not they ones they thought they wanted)
