Elephant In The Room

Lambda is on the decline. They get mad when anyone mentions it but it’s true. Not to say they are a bad frat. Just that they are struggling more with recruitment. Great guys nonetheless. How can they become top like Phi Delt, KA, SAE, or SigNu?
