Spring ‘23 rush frat rankings

Top
Phi delt, sig chi, ka, sig nu, ato
These 5 frats run cp. idc if ppl say ka got a bad pledge class or anything. The truth is they have the most events, social with the top sororities, and are well run. There should be no arguing…these are the top frats.
Low top
Dsig, lambda, zeta psi
These three are still relevant but not as popular as the 5 listed above. Might not social with the top sororities like aphi and tri delt but still uppers like theta and axid. Lambda has been struggling a bit w getting rushes so they should be interesting to see coming up. Zeta psi only up here bc they throw good darties
Upper mid
beta, adphi, tep
This tier is relevant but again, not as much as the ones above it. Beta has created good relations and has good houses. Adphi has good houses too. Tep has gone down over the last few semesters but hasn’t fallen too hard. This tier is crucial to see if they will go up or down over the next few semesters. Tep just looks terrible on this website insisting they’re too when they just aren’t(incoming downvotes)
Mid
Sae, zbt, theta chi
Last of the relevant frats. Social w sororities like axo and ZTA but no tops. Houses aren’t terrible but these frats can definitely improve.
Everyone else doesn’t really matter

KA has been getting bad pc after bad pc for the past year and a half. Their best members graduated last spring and took their closest relations with them.
Sig chi’s beat new pc is starting to show everyone, including top srats, how mid they actually are.
Lambda had one bad rush, but clearly improved this fall.
Zeta psi is much more than darties. Their socials are always fun and they are very creative with their themes and decorations.
Tep is not going down they’re literally passing most frats rn in the rankings.
The rest is about right.

Dsig lambda zeta psi interchangeable socially. @Zeta psi congrats you got cool darties your schedules still the same as dsig and lambda
