Explanation
Top: Sig Nu is the top frat here now it’s time to accept the times. Phi Delt is on the same level as Sig Nu with ATO just behind after. TEP has grown tremendously and has the consistently best social house and despite the self ranking is top 4. Going to get heat for swapping Lambda and Zeta Psi with Sig Chi and KA but they’ve been on the come up heavy while Sig Chi and KA are falling fast and are only carried by senior classes. KA is broke and small and Sig Chi is also small and is rushing rejects from Lambda and Zeta Psi now (look at sig chi recent pc post on insta it could be mistaken for chi phi). Sig Chi consistently socials with AXO and Zeta whom are mid. It is old ideas that KA and Sig Chi are top, held on relevancy by a strong past.
Upper Middle - Dsig can be replaced with Zeta Psi or perhaps Lambda but doesn’t have as strong as relations or hood as houses. Beta is carried by their seniors as well but have amazing darties and old connections. Adphi is now relevant because of blue and has grown.
Middle - Last relevant frats. Can go in any order and although AGR isn’t IFC they have a prevalent enough presence and social scene to be here.

The rest don’t really matter but PSK is somewhat relevant and gotta respect Sig phis growth.
