how did tep only get a pc of 3???

i heard tep only got a pc of 3. i was planning on rushing there in the spring because of how awesome everyone makes them sound on here, but it doesnt seem to be a popular choice. can someone explain this to me?

Apparently lambda got like 50 kids and zeta psi got 0. All the comments on here are true
