Putting your pledges in danger

How about just don't haze with no modifier? Literally anything could result in a freak death and if that "anything" was "hazing," you're screwed. You could tell pledges to text their mothers every night that they love them and if one of them does it while a drunk driver flies off the road and squishes them, some GDI DA will say that "hazing" prevented the pledge from paying attention to dangers around him, resulting in his death, and you'll be getting pep-walked while Huff-Po cheers GDI DA on. Life's dangerous, so don't haze at all or run the risk of getting jailed just because some GDI DA didn't get a bid 100 years ago.
