What is the deal with tep

I literally do not understand why tep is in the discussion for top frats. Their social schedule is meh and the only people that go their posts are aephi and phi sig so not too sure how that makes them relevant

No they are not a top frat but there’s also no need to be so pressed about it. End of the day we all know who’s top and who’s not outside of Greekrank so nothing on here really matters.
