Myth: KA is no longer top 5
Fact: KA is falling due to lower quality pledge classes but they are obviously still a top frat…they just do not care enough to come on this site and defend themselves
Myth: TEP is top or low top
Fact: Any rank with TEP above upper mid was made by them and they post 75% of the rankings on this site. Their entire social schedule is centered around 2 sororities the top and low top frats barely know or social with
Myth: Dsig is top 5
Fact: Dsig is definitely the best low top frat here, however some rankings will falsely claim they are top 5 and higher than KA…on the come up but not top
Myth: Lambda is suddenly mid
Fact: Lambda had an admittedly terrible rush during Spring 2022 but one pledge class does not change a frat’s entire tier…still very much low top and similar to the others in that tier (Dsig/Zeta Psi)
Myth: Beta is suddenly low top
Fact: Beta merged with AEPi who was top in 2019 but got kicked…now their frat is just the low quality pledge classes AEPi rushed while underground. Kept few if not none of their old relations and mid at best

Fact - if KA manages to social with aphi, theta and tri delt you know damn well they will be out the door at 11:59

The whole low top argument around dsig , lambda, zeta psi, tep and beta (aepi) is so simple. All are about equal.
Dsig, lambda and zeta psi: social with top sororities and zeta and axo. They do joint things with each other.
Tep and Beta (aepi): social with the top sorrorites and aephi and phi sig. They do joint things with each other, phi delt, ato, and sig nu
Girls in theta, axid, aopii, zeta, axo will like dsig, zeta psi and lambda better
Girls in aephi, phi sig, tri delt and kd will like tep and beta (aepi) better

correct me if im wrong.........the one joint thing tep did last sem was pay phi delt racks to use their yard so people would come☠️☠️☠️
