Why is Phi Sigma Kappa on Probationary Recognition?

I’m thinking of rushing PSK this fall, but I looked on UMD’s Greek life website and saw that PSK is on probationary recognition, but I heard many great things about it. Can someone explain why it’s on probationary recognition?
