Is beta already above tep?

We all know tep is the kind of the self rank and in reality a very mid frat. With old Aepi taking over beta, is it safe to say beta is already above them?
I think if most people were to rank the mid it would go something like

Zeta Psi
Alpha Delt
Beta
Theta Chi
Tep
Zbt
Sae

or, or, and hear me out, Lambda just made this post to imply they’re “low top” and zeta psi is “mid”.

also ik hating on tep is funny but they’re way better than theta chi

Exactly. There only claim to being top is their darties but their yard is too small so it gets too packed and they serve warm drinks :(
