I understand that but what makes that the case here?
Is it more because of the reputation of just being complete losers past few years? Bare empty events? Or something else that I'm not getting? What's the situation

Beta was basically dead before this merger less than 10 guys and all losers. Aepi combined with them so they can social and have formal rush again
However half the guys who joined are graduating seniors so by the end of the semester they will lose a lot of numbers and most of the old aepi relations. Way better off than they were but will take them years to rise back to the top where aepi was
