Frat Ranks Explained (2022)

Phi Delt has been the top frat ever since Fiji got kicked off, they have great socials and darties, and get any girls they want. Sig Nu has been the 2nd best frat for the past year now, casa posts are unmatched and they got a top 3 new pc. ATO has risen a ton, they throw bangers and arguably got the best pc this rush (They got kids that would normally go KA or Sig Chi). Sig Chi is next, and their new pc is nothing special but the other 3 grades are solid, plus theta loves them. KA is moved down because their newer pcs are mid but the upperclassman are great and yale house is dope. TEP got a great new pc with aepi kicked off and their posts always pop. Zeta Psi has also risen a ton thanks to their great darties with their backyard that has a crazy setup and they keep getting better pcs each rush too. Dsig is carried by the juniors which brings them down bc soon it will be time for the new guys to takeover. Lambda is fine but doesn't do anything to really stand out.

The only thing I disagree with is TEP. They are max upper mid. The 3 low top frats at this school are Delta Sig Zeta Psi and Lambda. Order is debatable but that’s how it’s been for awhile now.

Tep is so unbelievably mid it’s literally just them making the rankings. Also Zeta Psi’s only claim to fame is darties which are carried by Dsig (dsig dj and dsig connections). Zeta Psi and Tep need to relax
