With PHA Launching an exploratory committee, who do you think they will bring back to campus? Re-colonizing or something totally new?

To be determined, the committee will meet with representatives from nationals of all chapters interested in expanding at UMD and then decide where to go from there, or even if they need to expand in the first place

Why would UMD add another chapter? Most houses aren't even at Chapter total.
