My cousin was in kappa ... they havent been on campus since the 80s??? Where theta now lives...89 last year? 1990?
The top 3 back in the day was kappa, tridelt and KD
Then when kappa was kicked off...partiers...
Theta moved from row into their house. Alpha Phi was always strong but not top until 1990s... not until 2000 did they become a top 3.
Theta took kappa spot as top 3.
Now top 4... kd and Tridelt has been top always w Tridelt TOP. Theta and alpha phi and AOPi always popular too.

yeah idk if they’re permanently banned but idk why PHA would bring a chapter with that history back when there are like 10 other options for establishment

Nope. KKG national sold it to Theta national in the early 2000's when it didn't look like UMD was going to open for extension anytime soon. UMD sorority membership kinda took a dive in the late 90's early 2000's That was when GPhi closed.
